A: It depends on your budget and what you want to do with your MYPocketPrinter™. To give you an idea, a roll can print between 120 and 150 photos. The vast majority of our customers add extra rolls to their cart at the time of purchase.
Q: Why Does It Print Blank Paper
A: It may be due to improper paper roll installation; Try to install the paper roll in reverse order. If that doesn’t work, we invite you to use a new roll of paper.
Q: Do I Need To Change The Printer Ink?
A: No obviously! Thanks to its ZeroEncre technology, our MYPocketPrinter™ printers do not require ink, ribbon, or thermal transfer ribbon. Just load the paper, and you can print it.
Q: Why Can't I Pair My Device?
A: Try charging the printer to make sure the Bluetooth is working properly. The green light should be on.
