Q: Do I need an insert for a 12-lb baby?A: That is very close to the upper limit of the insert. It all depends on how much stability your child has and how they fit in the ergo pocket. The insert also includes a removable bolster that helps prop your infant up so they stay close enough to kiss. Q: What are the waist strap dimensions? Can this fit plus size adult?A: The waist belt extends to 55", fitting most adults comfortably.   Q: Can These Go In The Dryer?A: We suggest washing with a mild detergent in cold water, on a gentle cycle.
